“Maisha Sweetwaters Camp gave us the best of both worlds—luxury and adventure. And our kids loved it! The family tent was very spacious and beautifully designed, offering a perfect retreat for the whole family after exciting excursions. Our safari guide was fantastic, helping us spot a wide range of wildlife, including rhinos and lions. The service and food at the camp – including delicious pizzas (which the kids were crazy about) – were exceptional, making the entire experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!”

Location: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Maisha Sweetwaters Camp is adjoining the 110,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest conservation of natural habitat in East Africa. Located on the equator west of Nanyuki, which lies on the Laikipia plain, this sanctuary was established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market. It boasts some of the highest predator densities in Kenya while successfully managing a livestock program.
Ol Pejeta is one of the most famous and important conservancies in Africa, world-renowned for its exceptional populations of Black and White Rhinos and over 300 bird species. It also hosts the Big Five game animals among a large selection of other African animals, making it a notable Safari destination which secured it as one of the only eight sanctuaries in Africa with this distinction.
